Ashraya

The Karnakodam project inaugurated by our Swamiji, has the following salient features:-
 Located at the upcoming nerve Centre of the City.
 Proximity to M G Road, Kaloor, Kadavanthara,
Vyttila, Palarivattom and the National Highway Bypass.
 Adjacent to Karnakodam T D Temple.
 Well planned three storeyed building with a cellar to park 30 Vehicles.
 Dormitories/ Rooms for providing free stay and food to more than 75 inmates. Spacious halls for recreation, cultural, religious and other social functions. Facilities for training under Self Employment Scheme and for conducting seminars and workshops.
Radhakrishna Mandir and a Meditation centre.It is in this context, the Trust  lauds  the noble gesture of Smt. Sandhya Rajasekharan Thampuran and her husband Sri. Rajasekharan Thampuran, who sold their
land to the Trust for a good cause.
The inaugural function on Thursday  4th January 2007 included
partaking in  the Samaradhana at the T D Temple  Karnakodam. A Satyanarayana Vrata was also conducted in the complex on that day.There were  religious discourses by eminent personalities viz Prof.Thuravoor Viswambharan (05.01.07), Sri. P. Parameswaran (06.01.07), from 5 pm to 7 pm at NDMCC, Karnakodam.

 Arogyasahaya Nidhi

Medicare cards that entitle its holders to free consultation with identified doctors and medicines have been issued to 500 persons under this scheme The trust also conducts medical camps to detect ailments such as vision disorders, dental deficiencies etc. and assists in their correction.  Assistance is also given to poor patients with major diseases.

Vidyasahaya Nidhi

The Trust accords topmost priority to HRD through educational assistance to around 600 needy and deserving students. The assistance, monitory or by way of materials (texts, notebooks, umbrellas, other accessories) is provided year after year. Other need based projects, including training programmes, are being evolved to achieve full development of this valuable resource.

The Senior Citizens' Forum

The Trust plays the role of a facilitator for promoting interactions between the elders of the community with a view to tapping their life experiences and for adding to their quality of life. The forum arranges talks by medical doctors, religious discourses , etc., on continuous basis.
